The Iron Maiden is Still Acceptable, Right?

So, this video is very political, dealing with torturing those convicted of terrorism, but bear with me.

It's an excellent debate...

So, has anyone heard Theory of a Deadman's newest single "By the Way" yet? I think it's the best song on that album (and therefore, I'm pissed it's the FOURTH single). But here's them playing it acoustic, since they haven't made a video for it.

It sounds just as good this way, I think.

So, it seems like all the good bands decided to wait until the last couple months to release their CDs. Chevelle released Sci-Fi Crimes at the end of August (slipped through even my radar). September 8th saw Thousand Foot Krutch's latest, "Welcome to the Masquerade." Muse released "The Resistance" on the 14th. September 20th held Pearl Jam's latest, "Backspacer," which I've heard is awesome. Yesterday we had the newest from Three DAys Grace: "Life Starts Now," and also Five Finger Death Punch: "War is the Answer." Next week, on the 29th, we'll see Alice in Chains, Paramore, Breaking Benjamin, and Default. Fucking sweet.

Okay, you wanna download something? How about Aberlin's "Cities." It's a fantastic album, and probably the best thing we've seen by them so far. While there aren't many "hits" on the album (as in songs you've heard of from the radio), every song could've (and should've) topped the charts. Anberlin isn't exactly like all the other stuff out there. They're kind of punk, kind of alternative, and all badass. Click the link and enjoy.

And that's it. TTFN!
